  When you come to the Oyster Hut, this is the first thing you should do! The oysters are placed on the grill and grilled. You can eat the hot grilled oysters however you like. You can eat them as they are, or with soy sauce... You can bring your own condiments, so try them with your favorite seasonings! Try different things, like ponzu sauce, ketchup, Tabasco, or lemon juice.

  Scallops also have a front and back! When grilling scallops, you should grill them from the flat side, just like you would oysters. Steam them until they're bubbling, and once they're done, all you have to do is cut them up with scissors! It's great for sharing with everyone.
